Jeff was raised in the Perth County pork business, and now a transplant to Huron county – Jeff has strong rural ties. Jeff spent 15 years with Shur-Gain/Trouw Nutrition in the swine nutrition business – and is excited about the opportunity to expand his knowledge of and interaction with the Ontario Poultry and Ruminant business as well as continue his relationships within the swine business. Jeff looks forward to aiding farmers in applying integrated management and real time data on farm.

Nora grew up on a small family farm in Western Quebec. Nora is bilingual (French/English) and has been involved in the Ag industry for the past 20 years at both the dealer and manufacturer level. Through her product development, marketing and sales service positions, Nora has gained a deeper understanding and tremendous respect for the Ontario Ag industry. Nora is thrilled to be part of the MaxOn team bringing effective and innovative smart solutions to dairy, hog and poultry producers.
David Collins

David grew up on a farrow to finish pig farm in Ontario, worked in the automotive industry following high school, then pursued a diploma in Manufacturing Engineering Tech/CNC Specialist Program from Fanshawe College. David has held various roles in welding/fabrication & CNC support before rejoining the agriculture sector in 2017 in sales & technical support for a poultry focused equipment distributor – focusing on controls, ventilation and water quality.
Mitch Estey

Mitch was raised in Ontario’s Dairy Capitol, Oxford County. Working in tie-stall facilities transitioning to free-stall parlor and then to robots. In 2013 Mitch joined the equipment sector servicing feed delivery and ventilation systems in poultry and co-product liquid feeding in Swine. Mitch is excited to be a part of the MaxOn team and looks forward to helping you achieve the performance you deserve out of your livestock facilities.

John grew up in the Niagara Region and has been working in the field of Horticulture for over 20 years. He is a Niagara Parks Commission School of Horticulture Alumni and after graduating pursued a career in the Greenhouse sector. He has held growing and management positions in commercial greenhouses and understands the importance of climate controls. For the past 4 years, John has been in a Sales and Technical Service role working with CEA, Floriculture, Nursery, and Cannabis growers. John is excited to continue to work with growers in the Horticulture and CEA industry to improve their environmental controls, increase yields and growing efficiencies.
